After a great deal of thought I have decided to close down the ULC South Devon site and not participate in any further activity within the ULC.

As most of you know, I work closely with the Unitarians, and have been discussing several matters with them and a number of groups within their church for the last couple of weeks. Basically the general feeling was I could offer much, much more by focussing my efforts within the Unitarians, undertaking training and helping reinvigorate the church in my local area. This is something I have to agree with, as I could put so much effort into trying to build the ULC in South Devon, with little or no progress. At the end of the day I want an open and inclusive church as a vehicle to help people, and where I live the Unitarians offer that vehicle.

Thanks to all the good people I have met here and the other ULC forums and I wish you all and the ULC in the UK the very best.

I am happy that you found a church that will allow you do participate in your calling!
