Relax and observe your breathing.

Hi Rev Rob,

How is the healing coming along?
I hope you are feeling better and have less pain and are becoming more mobile!
Thinking of you and sending healing energy your way!

I'm sorry to hear about your injury.
I train in karate, luckily I have never had any serious injuries but it can be dangerous.

Hi everyone my limping has now all but gone, the swelling is also all but gone however sadly I do not yet have the full mobility of my ankle meaning training in Aikido is all but impossible.

However I have been lucky and the rehabing of the ankle has helped a great deal and Im hoping another 2 weeks and I should have the full range of mobility with my ankle.

I'm so glad the healing has gone well!
Hopefully, in time and with the therapy you will get the mobility back!
Just an issue of time!
But good news!
