As I sit writing this, I am sitting in two different time zones. It is August 24 in Puerto Rico, and it is already August 25 in the UK. This year the Sri Krishna Janmashtami fell on August 25; it follows a Hindu Lunar Calendar.

For traditional Hindus it is a day similar to the Christian Christmas. Not much feasting around my neighborhood, in my tomorrow I will do a little bit of spiritual celebration. I will do it in intimacy of the Moriviví Hermitage in my house. To the Hindus, Krishna is a Savior in the same way that Christians look upon Jesus Christ. Like Jesus, Krishna never wrote anything, but someone wrote His essential teachings in the Srimad Bhagavad Gita.
