Post Astral Projection
Astral projection..Not really a supernatural subject in such, but it is about the spirit within exiting the body so I thought I would pop it in here.
What are people's thoughts on this? Do you feel it is something completely taboo, as many I have come across do. Or perhaps like me you feel if carried out correctly it is a way of developing the spirit.

All my dreams are 'vivid' these days. And they always wake me up. Several times every night. A few occaisions they have been serials, which is weird. Woke up, gone back to sleep and carried on with the same dream. Damn sure that's not s'posed to happen.

I'd rather cancel my subscription. As I have done with the BBC.

Why do people think it is Taboo?
I find that notion sillier than thinking there is something wrong with the astral projection itself...

When I was younger I tried doing Astral projections, but I was not very good at it. Eventually I decided that if I wanted to go somewhere, I would take an airplane. But good luck with your efforts.

Post Re: Astral Projection
Years and years ago,
when I was a teenager,
I had a strange dream where I was flying through the skies.

As I was soaring through the clouds, I ran into my father, who was also flying through the skies.
It was fun!
Soaring!

In the dream a voice said to me: ask your father tomorrow if he dreamed of you last night.
If he did, it will prove that this is not a dream!

I told my dad and mom, and my dad had had the same dream.
Which is weird as heck, for people do not have the same dream.

Both of them believed it had been an astral "projection" dream.
I would call it an astral encounter dream, not projection,
for I was not trying to project anything.
Not consciously.

But it was a fun dream that I have never forgotten!

I don't know if this is relevant, but decades ago, when I was a young policeman, I was directed to assist in dealing with a very serious accident involving three vehicles. This involved a decapitation in the vehicle I was directed to. I have no memory whatsoever of going near that car, but I do have a very clear and detailed memory of standing about 20 yards away, watching me deal with the casualty. This has to be the only time in my life I have been able to observe my own back in detail with no mirror/camera or other prop. Could this be a kind of defensive astral projection ? Did I step out for a while as my body dealt with the nasty bit ? It never happened again, but I never saw another decapitation either.
