How interesting. Many years ago, late 60's, I was taught this and became relatively proficient at it. this was when I was in Coven.

Quite a few years later,after my husband suicided I attended Spiritualist Church and joined the Healing Team. I found that I could 'travel' to where the person requesting Healing was, and could describe the room and the person quite clearly. It was a useful skill, but I have let it fall into disuse since becoming disabled; although I still dream able bodied. I haven't used the healing skills much lately, either, Finding that most of my energies are needed to keep myself staggering on.

I find as a Druid these days my Healing comes from the Earth, trees,etc., and mostly it comes to me rather than the other way.

My house too has 'something', I call it Nac Mac Feegles. Things move away from where they were left until I order them to come back. Then they come back exactly where I left them. The main entity is in my son's room; it has on occasions shoved me quite hard, and I tell it off; so it leaves me alone for awhile. In the last couple of weeks however there has been something else; when I stand up to leave the room, it is as if I am being lifted from my body and feel very tall. Maybe I should try to project again.
